looks like melted down crayon bits that were prepared in cupcake tins.:)
Looks like they were painted and then rinsed off in water!
We had a lot of broken crayons. I had seen these and thought we would give them a try. Super easy..and it kept Kenzie busy tearing off all the labels! No paint Abi just melted crayons. Congratulations on the Spelling Bee!
